This example plans a ten-asset content batch for a small lifestyle brand. Ten is the brief for the exercise, not a measured customer output or a recommended posting frequency.
The workflow starts with a character and a visual system, then groups the creative work into manageable decisions. Publishing can happen through your existing process after the assets have been reviewed.
Give each asset a purpose
Choose a focused theme such as everyday citywear. Build a list of the ideas you want to communicate before opening a generator. Variation should come from a clear change in message or composition, not from repeatedly asking for another attractive image.
| Group | Quantity | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Full outfit | 3 | Show styling combinations clearly |
| Closer portrait | 2 | Establish the character’s visual identity |
| Environmental scene | 3 | Show the outfit in a believable setting |
| Detail-led frame | 2 | Draw attention to a material or accessory |
Choose one character and a stable style
Browse Marketplace if you want to assess existing models, or use Builder for a specific identity. Review the model details and any applicable terms before choosing. Keep one character for this exercise so you can evaluate consistency without adding another variable.
Write down the core styling choices: palette, wardrobe direction, lighting, and the kinds of settings that fit the brand. These should remain stable while the individual prompts change.
Generate and review one group at a time
Start with the full-outfit group. Use framing that includes the details the reader needs to see. Review the first result, refine the brief, then generate the remaining variations. Repeat the process for portraits and environmental scenes.
Do not commit the entire batch to a configuration you have not tested. Small groups make it easier to catch an inconsistent character, an unsuitable background, or a framing problem before repeating it.
Finish the selected versions
Use Image Edit for focused corrections. Upscale only the versions that passed the creative review, selecting an output size that suits the intended placement. Keep the original alongside the final export.
- Confirm every requested idea is represented.
- Check character, color, lighting, and styling across the set.
- Inspect the details in the selected files.
- Keep the prompt and final export associated with each asset.
Hand the batch to your publishing process
Package the selected files with captions, intended placements, and any review notes. The upcoming Content Studio and Calendar workflow is covered in a separate preview; this exercise does not depend on those features being available.
