The upcoming Content workflow is designed to connect post creation, account selection, a draft queue, and a calendar. This preview follows that planned path so you can understand the decisions before the feature becomes available.

The screens are design previews. Connection options, limits, labels, and publishing behavior may change before release; no launch date is being announced here.

Step 1: Understand Content Studio and Calendar

Content Studio presents posts as a list with Date & time, Post content, Platform, Influencer, and Status. Calendar places content into a weekly timeline. Both views are intended to help you review the same plan from different perspectives.

Upcoming: Content Studio shows a draft queue and actions such as Preview, Edit, and Duplicate as draft.

Use the list to inspect readiness and individual items. Use the calendar to understand spacing and distribution across the week. A reserved slot or a planned item is not the same as finished, published content.

Step 2: Review the account connection flow

The Connect Accounts entry opens Manage accounts. The design groups social accounts with the selected AI influencer and shows Connect actions for the available platforms.

Upcoming: Manage accounts links an influencer with social account connection options.

Before connecting, confirm the intended account and influencer. The design includes several platform options, but final support and authorization requirements need to be checked when the feature is released.

Step 3: Create a post and choose its destination

Create Post opens the composer. Select AI Influencers and Select Platforms establish who the content belongs to and where it is intended to appear. Add the caption and media, then review the format options shown for the selected platform.

Upcoming: the post composer separates content inputs from the platform preview.

The Instagram example offers Post, Reel, and Story. The composer also shows a text counter and media guidance. Treat those as per-platform checks in the released interface rather than copying the example limits into every workflow.

Step 4: Use Studio Agent as a drafting aid

Studio Agent appears beside Preview in the composer. The planned panel accepts a request for help with captions or creative content, and includes All, Prompt Library, and AI Tools controls.

Upcoming: Studio Agent sits within the post-creation workflow.

Review any generated suggestion before using it. Check the wording against your brand voice and the media against the actual brief. A suggestion should become part of a reviewed post, not bypass the review.

Step 5: Preview and save a deliberate state

Use Post Preview to inspect the selected destination’s presentation. Save as Draft preserves work that needs another pass. The designs also show Create Post, Stay & Create More, and queue-placement options such as Add to top of queue.

Read the selected action before confirming. Draft creation, queue placement, scheduling, and successful publication are separate states; the final released workflow should make the current state explicit.

  • The correct influencer and platform are selected.
  • The caption and media belong together.
  • The preview has been checked for crop and readability.
  • The item is saved in the state you intended.

Step 6: Review the weekly calendar

Calendar displays the week, time slots, and post cards. Use the filters to focus on the influencer or platform you are reviewing. Show Heat Map is part of the planned view, but a heatmap should support your judgment rather than guarantee the best publishing time.

Upcoming: Calendar places post cards into a weekly timeline.

Inspect the plan for gaps, repetitive content, and unintended clustering. Verify the scheduled time and account in the final interface before relying on automated publication. Until this workflow is released, keep using your existing publishing process.
